CN HEALTHCARE, INC. is a family owned and operated Pediatric Home Health Agency in Missouri City, Texas which was established in 2004. We are a licensed Home Health agency in the state of Texas, providing services in the following areas:
- LICENSED HOME HEALTH DIVISION (LHHS): Services the Medicaid population that requires skilled services. Some examples of this would be patients that receive services under Comprehensive Care Program (CCP) and traditional Medicaid.
- PERSONAL ASSISTANT DIVISION (PAS): Services the Medicaid population that does not require skilled services, private pay, and private insurance. Some examples of this would be patients receiving services from MDCP, PHC/FC, and CBA programs.
- The agency contracts with Texas Medicaid, MDCP program, CCP program, Medicaid HMOs (Texas Children Health Plan, Amerigroup, Evercare, Superior Healthcare, Molina Healthcare & Community Health Choice), Private Insurance, and, of course, Private Pay.
