Q: How do I get services?
A: Give us a call at 713-995-9995. We will obtain information on the type of services your child is in need of and if necessary, schedule a RN to visit your home to complete a full assessment. The RN will then report her findings and recommendations to the physician and insurance company for approval.
Q: How do you schedule your nurses?
A: We understand that accepting strangers in your home is difficult. We will schedule a nurse who is well qualified to care for your child’s specific needs. Once you approve of the caregiver she stays on for your loved one’s care as long as needed. If for some reason you do not agree with or feel comfortable with the nurse we sent out, we will do our best to pair your child with a nurse you are happy with.
Q: Where do you provide the care?
A: In your home.
Q: What do I have to provide for these caregivers while in my home?
A: All you need to provide is a chair and a desk/table in the patient’s room for them to sit and write their care notes. All caregivers take care of their own lunch and drinks.
Q: What insurance(s) do we accept?
A: We do accept traditional Medicaid, Medicaid HMO’s, Private pay and most of private insurance companies including Tricare. We accept out-of-network contracts from all other insurance and you do not have to pay any out-of-pocket expenses.
Q: What if my caregiver calls in?
A: The scheduler will go above and beyond to find a competent replacement to care for your loved one.
Q: Can I change a scheduled shift?
A: Yes you can by calling the office as soon as you find out your need to reschedule.
